Nader Still Defiant on Eve of U.S. Election
why hasn't someone sat on him til he screamed UNCLE!!! yet, already?

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Ralph Nader admits he hasn't a prayer of winning the White House but remained defiant to the end on Monday, saying there was no way he was pulling out of the U.S. presidential race.

Vilified by Democrats as a spoiler in 2000 for drawing votes from Democrat Al Gore and helping Republican George W. Bush to victory, Nader closed his campaign with a noisy rally on Wall Street.

With the New York Stock Exchange (news - web sites) as his backdrop, the independent candidate said voters should demand something better than a choice between "terrible" and "horrible." And he said the Democrats can blame themselves if they don't win.

12. Aren't you one of the "American people"?
I'd say that if people think George W. Bush is the worst president in history, then John Kerry shouldn't have a problem winning.

22. truism
Of course, "if people think George W. Bush is the worst president in history, then John Kerry shouldn't have a problem winning"

That's the question, and if they vote for bush*, then it's their responsibility.

18. Thanks for settling this
How silly of you to decide the intellect of people you do not know, deride free Americans for their choice of candidate, and show such a degree of inflexibility that I would wonder how relevent your comments could possibly be........

I would bet that you have never even read a Nader speech, linked to his website, thought about what he says, or really thought very deeply about very much at all.....

21. How's that broad brush working out for you?!
Look, I used to hang on every word Nader said. He was one of my heroes. That was until he pissed away his legacy, and aligned himself with a group of villains whose main intent was to undermine everything fine and noble and good he had ever worked for.

Nader is a shell of his former greatness, and has no one to blame but himself.

25. One more time Ralph: Go FUCK YOURSELF

God, why doesn't someone put him out of our misery?

Narcisissitic, evil, lying, egomaniacal, shit-spewing, ugly-assed, self-indulgent, hypocritical, damned piece of human trash. No one cares if your feelings are hurt Ralph. You have two dozen followers left, and they are no better than LaRouchies. They'll be manning tables on street corners wearing unwashed clothes and spewing about Big Oil and the Israeili Lobby for another decade after you are committed.

JJJJJJJJJJJJJJJEEEEEEEZUS.

Let's have a moratorium on Nader posts? Just a humble suggestion. They make me insane.

OK, I know, I could ignore it.
