Case of 19 terrorists unravelling - Canada
Edited on Sat Aug-30-03 02:08 AM by dArKeR
Toronto and Islamabad — Anwar-ur-Rehman Mohammed is a pharmacist who left his wife and children behind in southern India to live in a tiny, cluttered basement apartment in Markham in the hopes of obtaining a prestigious commercial pilot's licence.

Instead, he wasted $50,000, did not graduate and despairs of getting a licence after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Saif Ulla Khan is a 42-year-old refugee claimant from Faisalabad, Pakistan, who was picked up by police because he shared an apartment with his brother, a suspect in an immigration raid. He was found hiding in a pile of laundry, and complained that authorities had mistaken him for his brother.

Muhammed Naeem, 34, is a physician from Islamabad who hoped to practise medicine in Canada. His decision to register for computer courses at the Ottawa Business School, a defunct institution that sold phony registration letters, drew the suspicion of authorities investigating the school.

1. There never was a case in the first place. Canada only did this to please the Satan's Beast to the SOUTH. These guys should sue Bush.

2. If I were Dean's speech writer. 'If we arrested 19 of the top executive branch, starting with Bush we'd eliminate 99% of the terrorism in the world. Directly or indirectly, through insane policy, Bush is responsible for the world's terrorism.' End speech. Next stop the WH.

1. O, Canada :(
Breaks my heart to read this story, because I keep turning to Canada as the Great White (North) Hope that could possibly stop Whistle-Ass from taking over the continent, at least ideologically.

But the forces of Evil^H^H^H^H Alliance are alive and well.

4. I am delighted
there has been such an outcry about this idiotic non 'case'.

The system works...and so does the media.

And I hope these guys sue if they can.

5. I just posted in GD; what is with the number 19?
19 hijackers on 9/11. The Canada thing. And now they are reporting 19 people in custody for the mosque bombing.
