Ex-Archer PA files for bankruptcy

The former PA of Lady Archer who lost her case for unfair dismissal has filed for bankruptcy.

Jane Williams, 50, was ordered to pay Lady Archer almost £170,000 in legal costs after losing an industrial tribunal in November 2002.

She had been employed at Lord and Lady Archers' family home in Grantchester, Cambridgeshire, for 13 years.

Ms Williams, who filed for bankruptcy at Cambridge County Court, was sacked by Lady Archer in November 2001.
