Gay rights group:Investigate Swaggart tax exemption

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — A gay rights group in Baton Rouge is asking the Internal Revenue Service to investigate the tax-exempt status of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries following Swaggart's Sept. 12 televised remark that he would "kill" any gay man who looked at him.

The group, Capital City Alliance suggested in a statement that the televangelist's remarks disqualify his businesses from continuing to enjoy no-tax privileges.

I recall that just after he said how he would murder any man who looks "that way" at him he said how important Bu*h was to his fight. When Kerry gets in he should investigate Swaggart's church along with the others who have supplied their church registries to the Repukes.

because some nutcase thinks that they're looking at them 'funny'.

I doubt that Swaggert would kill any hookers for looking at him that way. They'd probably be sharing a motel room for the night.
