IHS: Indian Health Services

Accomodations at IHS facilities in New Mexico are piss poor.

2. This was mostly for "law enforcement"
Of course, in Gale Norton's Department of the Interior, that mostly means prisons that are as screwed up as the IHS.

Thank you for asking this. I'd almost forgotten about Gale Norton. Like I need another reason to kick it up a notch for Kerry/Edwards, but she's a good one.
