WASHINGTON - The Navy's chief investigator concluded Friday that procedures were followed properly in the approval of Sen. John Kerry (news - web sites)'s Silver Star, Bronze Star and Purple Heart medals, according to an internal Navy memo.

every cable network will have a rep from the Navy on explaing why Kerry's medals are legit? It will go on and on for a week like it did for slime O'Neill? Am I right? The networks should give an apology to Kerry for letting O'Neill slime him, but then they wouldn't be whores, now would they?
