Blair Faces Interrogation Over Iraq Expert's Death
<snip>

Britain's Tony Blair (news - web sites) faces the biggest credibility test of his six-year premiership this week when he testifies at an inquiry into the suicide of an Iraq (news - web sites) weapons expert which has sent his public ratings plummeting.

The prime minister will be interrogated by senior judge Lord Hutton in an inquiry into the death of David Kelly, who was found dead with a slashed wrist last month after he became enmeshed in a bitter row about Blair's case for war in Iraq.

Blair's day in the stand Thursday follows testimony from Defense Secretary Geoff Hoon, who appears Wednesday and is widely seen as the most likely "fall guy" for the government

4. They do not allow TV
or any type of live coverage of inquiries in England.

Either way this is a major event. I wonder what the BCF will blow on Thursday to distract us?
