Entertainers bring political message to W.Va. (Willie for Kerry)
Associated Press

.. The Reverend Jesse Jackson's Rainbow/PUSH Coalition brought the "Reinvest in America; Put America Back to Work" campaign to West Virginia to focus on jobs, health care and education.Though not billed as a rally for Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry, many in the crowd of several thousand bore Kerry-Edwards T-shirts and signs.Willie Nelson joined Judy Collins and the Indigo Girls among the musical acts. Several of the performers shared stories explaining their involvement. Austin-born performer Nanci Griffith spoke of a niece forced to battle cancer without insurance. And members of the Texas swing group Asleep at the Wheel urged the crowd to return Bush to their native Texas.
