Moore Not Bothered by GOP Jeers (& Thanks McCain/ Bush 1 Chimes In Too)
NEW YORK -- Filmmaker Michael Moore isn't bothered at all by the jeers he received from Republicans at the convention when his anti-Bush film "Fahrenheit 9/11" was mentioned by Arizona Sen. John McCain.

"Thank you, John McCain," Moore told The Daily News in New York. "The film's doing $120 million right now. When McCain mentions it, I have a chance to do $150 million."

snip...

The anti-Moore antagonism began Tuesday before the Madison Square Garden activities resumed in an "NBC Nightly News" interview with the former President Bush, the current president's father.

The elder Bush told anchor Tom Brokaw that he would like to ask "guys like Michael Moore, this horrible fellow who misrepresents my family in every way," whether they want to bring back Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi president deposed by the U.S.-led invasion.

2. Poor Poppy...
Even his rhetoric is flacid. He should talk with Bob Dole. Maybe Pfizer is making "Rhetorical Viagra". ;-)

5. God bless Michael Moore
We need more horrible fellows like him. As ever I am pleased he gets unter the BFEE's collective skin. You'd have to look hard to find a more corrupt political dynasty than the Chimp and his peeps.

8. Bush 41 seems to be asking the same question I am, but in a different way.
The question is, and should be: is Iraq, the Middle East, the world and yes, the United States better off now that Hussein is gone? I think the unequivocal answer to all of those questions is no, they are not better off. And 41 knows it now, and he knew it in 1991. That's why he stood by and watched Hussein slaughter tens of thousands of Shiites when they rose up against the government.

This is further evidence that the republican party is the most hypocritical organization of all time. Remember, Bush said this right on top of Dole going on TV and questioning another Veterans wounds and medals. Then when he thinks the camera isn't rolling, he agrees with McCain that anyone who would do such a thing should be ashamed of himself.

So, the next question is, do you think Dole, 41, or any of the republican tools are ashamed of themselves? I doubt it.

They have no shame.
