PunkVoter.com Announces Second Rock Against Bush Tour
U.S. Newswire

Punkvoter.com is continuing its Rock Against Bush efforts by taking its message directly to music venues in battleground states and talking directly with Punk Voters about the need for all Americans to speak out against the Bush Administration.

This tour will be headlined by one of today's most outspoken and credible punk bands, Anti-Flag. The tour will be supported by Midtown, Strike Anywhere, The Epoxies, The AKA's, Plea For Peace's founder Mike Park and even solo performances from Tom Morello (The Nightwatchman, Audioslave, Rage Against the Machine). This eclectic lineup is Punkvoter.com's reflection of the diversity in the movement and an invitation to the entire underground music community to come out and participate.

"This tour is about motivating people to learn more, take action, and make their voices heard," said Anti- Flag's lead singer Justin Sane. "We hope this tour will add to our ongoing dialogue about the dangerous policies of this regime," added Anti-Flag's Chris No. 2. ..

5. apparently nothing
all they are doing is pimping the stupid unfit book, and pissing and moaning about MM making a truck load of cash on his film.

I bet you that punks avoid the site like the plague. There's nothing punk rock about it. Except for the wallpaper and a pathetic attempt at a Soviet style star, which they some how think is punk rock. (to some punks I knew the Soviet cold-war era stuff was cool, but that was mainly the Rivet Heads and some Apocalypse Punks, the rest didn't give a shit about East German trench coats and what not.)

8. Conservativepunk? That's the most ridiculous thing I've
ever seen. What kind of songs do conservative punks write?

"fuck the greenskeeper?"
"trust fund, trust fund, oi oi oi?"

what a dumbass.

11. LMAO

Don't forget about songs about the Estate Tax ...

Punk is inherently left-wing, it always has been and always will be.

MC5, Stooges, Sex Pistols....

2. These traditional non-voters could make a big difference...
in a close election. A big anti-bush vote in urban areas can cancel out the bush vote in rural districts.

Tempe has the best block parties in the world....Parties are always geared for families to have a great time, not just adults and college kids. College kids are great.

4. In Tempe? that's great!
That will be about a week or two before the 3rd and final Presidential debate to be held there as well. I'll mark my calendar for both events.

My bud Kevin is running the punkvoter.com voter registration booth at the venues, he is signing up roughly 100-300 kids a show, all of them not voting for *.... they are selling those "Not My President" and "Stop *" t-shirts like hot cakes.
