Oakland 12-Year-Old Wows Democratic Convention
Wexler, who founded a grassroots group called kidsforkerry.org, was rewarded last week with a phone call from Teresa Heinz Kerry inviting her to address the convention in prime time.

With her high pitched voice and breathy enthusiasm, the seventh grader from Oakland, Calif., wowed the crowd. And when she chided Cheney for using a four-word expletive in an exchange with Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy, she brought delegates roaring to their feet.

"When our vice president had a disagreement with a Democratic senator, he used a really bad word," Wexler said. "If I said that word, I would be put in a timeout. I think he should be put in a timeout," Wexler said to loud cheers.

"The last time I saw John Kerry, he grabbed my arm and said, see you at the convention. And here I am," Wexler said, pumping her fists. "What will be even more amazing will be the inauguration in January when we have a new president, knowing that kids have made the difference in this election."

4. When she is 18, maybe so
However, she is still a great inspiration. You just don't see this kind of stuff from the pukes.

6. I guarantee you
Within a week the RNC is going to "discover" a very (and suspiciously) well-crafted kids for Bush website made by a ten year old.

Child Tells DNC Cheney Needs A Timeout For Cursing

POSTED: 7:35 am EDT July 28, 2004
BOSTON -- A 12-year-old girl from California nearly upstaged some long-time Democratic leaders on the second night of the party's convention in Boston.

Ilana Wexler won a speaking role for launching a Web site called kidsforkerry.org. She described Kerry as a "hero to America" and a "great and positive role model."

But she clearly doesn't feel the same way about Vice President Dick Cheney.

Wexler told delegates that she'd heard about Cheney's heated exchange with Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy on the Senate floor -- during which Cheney used what the 12-year-old calls "a really bad word." She said if she used that word herself, she'd get a "timeout" -- and she thinks that's what should happen to Cheney.

11. Think of it
A 12-year-old is far more eloquent and inspiring than Bush has ever been or will ever be.

14. Sad really, when you think about it.............
A 12 year old 7th grader with intelligence and probably a world view yards above that of the leader of the most powerful country on earth.

Picture a debate between Ms Wexler and George Bush?????

She would cream him.

Sad so very sad.

She's brilliant, and only 12 years old, wow! Can't wait to see her tonight on the David Letterman show. He has the coolest way of making kids look so cute and precious.
