(Australian) Democrats film attacks Iraq involvement

The Democrats have launched a short film on the Internet to attack the Federal Government's decision last year to join the invasion of Iraq.

The one minute video clip shows footage of the war and argues that approval must be sought from both of houses of Federal Parliament before any troops are deployed.

Democrats leader Andrew Bartlett says Australians should never forget the lies that were used to justify the invasion of Iraq.

Senator Bartlett says he hopes at least 50,000 people will see the short film on their computers.
