US deputy defence secretary in Baghdad to discuss security issues
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/afp/iraq_us_wolfowitz

<snip>
Wolfowitz is here, for consultations with coalition and Iraqi officials on security matters," a senior coalition official said Wednesday on condition of anonymity.

The official declined to say how long Washington's number two defence chief would stay in Iraq, his fourth visit to the country in the 18 months since the war to topple Saddam Hussein (news - web sites) and subsequent occupation.

Wolfowitz's trip comes amid heightened violence in Iraq as the countdown to the coalition's handover of soveriegnty just a fortnight away gathers pace.

On Monday, a suicide car bomb targeting a General Electric convoy in central Baghdad killed 13 people, including five foreigners, and wounded 69 others.

1. More innocent people will be killed trying to get him....
Don't believe for a second that the Iraqis don't know that he's one of the architects behind their misery.

They're going to try to get him, and he'll escape. Others will die. Same thing as on his last trip. He should just stay the fuck out of the place, but he can't resist giving the last orders for the empire's corporations to stand firm--profits await....

3. He probably just wants to revisit Abu Ghraib
He just loves death and torture. It proves to him how much he has accomplished.
