Three U.S. Marines Killed in Action West of Baghdad

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Three U.S. Marines were killed in action on Wednesday in the volatile al-Anbar province west of Baghdad, the American military said on Thursday.





It gave no further information on the circumstances of their deaths. Al-Anbar includes the flashpoint cities of Falluja and Ramadi.


Since the invasion last March, at least 584 U.S. troops have been killed in action in Iraq (news - web sites).

4. Why isn't this in the news?....
I went to cnn, msnbc and fox's web page, and none of them mention this! Have they just stopped reporting soldiers' deaths in an attempt to sanitize the war for Shrub?
