Pentagon finds more pictures of Iraq abuses

WASHINGTON (AFP) - The Pentagon (news - web sites) informed a Senate committee that it has located another disc of pictures of abuses of Iraqi prisoners, Senator John Warner revealed.


"I've just been informed that the Department of Defense (news - web sites) has informed the committee that another disc of pictures has been located and I'll soon advise the committee on the conditions and time in which they can be viewed," Warner, the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee (news - web sites), said Wednesday.


Three other CD-ROMs have surfaced with digital photographs and video clips of abuse of prisoners at Abu Ghraib prison.

2. The best way to get

these photos/videos released to is get a petition signed from the constituents in that area..The congressman doesn't want to upset his base thus losing voters. All the pix must be seen and that we want this followed right to the top instead of using the reservists as scapegoats.

Typical of this administration. They never tell the truth until their backs are against the wall and then....they still don't tell the truth.

They are like little kids caught doing something bad who just can't bring themselves to fess up. They keep lying long after everyone involved knows that they are lying.

If all the evidence were released at once it would eliminate the "only seven bad people did this" argument. By dropping the evidence one little bit at a time they hope that Americans will lose interest.
