More Bad News May Be on the Way for Bush
More Bad News May Be on the Way for Bush

By TERENCE HUNT
The Associated Press
Saturday, May 8, 2004; 5:43 PM

WASHINGTON - In one of the darkest weeks of his administration, President Bush saw America's reputation sullied, the U.S. effort in Iraq damaged and his own campaign for re-election clouded. And more bad news may be on the way.

While the world already has been horrified by pictures of American soldiers abusing Iraqi prisoners, the Pentagon warns there are many more photos and videos that have not been disclosed.

They show "acts that can only be described as blatantly sadistic, cruel and inhuman," embattled Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld told Congress.

From the White House to Capitol Hill, policy-makers are worried that the United States faces lasting damage abroad - particularly in the Middle East - from the pictures of naked Arab men being tortured and humiliated by American soldiers, the same forces sent to Iraq to liberate the country from Saddam Hussein's torture and repression.

3. And So The Serial Sickos Have Been Exposed
The beast from within the belly of the fattened US of A, has finally been caught with it's pants down. The sorry Truth of it all is that we have wars because people benefit from them in the most perverted ways imaginable. Some through benefit from the power trip of taking another's life away, some from mere patriotism, some through glory, some through pain, some through weapons and some through pure power to wield that big sword.

We cultivated this beast right here. Always pushing for faster, bigger, louder, stronger and more! The '90's marked an unbelievable time for the US in respects to economic prosperity, and then all of a sudden the spawn of the devil himself brings the US to the knees of the world.

Reality knows no power and respects nothing. We are seeing testament of how erroneous the far right really is. It's time for the populous to crash upon the evil from within and engulf this dark core like a black hole. The brain cancer of George Bush has taken on form.

5. I'd love to see that. But the neocons wouldn't allow it.
I mean afterall, they were only brown people. /sarcasm

He needs to be sent to the Hague for trial before the World Court. Nothing less will satisfy me.

6. NO, sadly, impeachment takes too long.
The best we can hope for is the enlightening of the majority of American voters so they will not re-elect him in November, AND change control of either the House, Senate or both!

Under a new administration, the guilty can be tried and punished!

7. True, but a call for impeachment will drive *'s remaining credibility
down with the public. It can ask the question, "Are you embarrassed to have voted for * during the last election?

9. Impeachment must begin in the House. It's Repug!
That just won't happen. I can't think of any Pubs who would file impeachment papers on Shrub. Even the one they all think of as a traitor, McCain, wouldn't do that.
