3. The question is, why has this been so low profile. I had read that

there is an investigation, but aside from a couple articles earlier this week, nothing. This is not exactly the kind of probe that has to be conducted in secret.

More precisely, why is it apparently such a low priority for the Department? Why hasn't Ailes' office been searched and his computers hauled off, as it would be if there had been pot parties in NewsCorp "brain room"?
