Canadian cabinet is being sworn in at this time. The main change is considered to be Tony Clement going from Minister Industry to Treasury Board

2. Come tomorrow they'll be sworn at
over 60 percent of Canadian voters oppose them. Note that it was the Liberals (DLC North), not the "fringe left" NDP, that served as spoilers.
