There are lots of great links and videos of the marches. The War on Pot is a fucking travesty, and needs to end NOW. Cannabis is not a crime!

5. If cigarettes are legal, I dont know why Pot cannot be

The only reason I can think of it probably the fear of Big Tobacco about a plummet in Cig sales after the legalization of Pot....cos People can grow pot at home/get from small dealers rather than from the Multi Billion big Tobacco corps.

Furthermore Cigarettes are much more harmful to the human body vis-a-vis pot (based on medical studies)..so the health reason does not fly either. I dont smoke (Pot nor Cigarettes) but I do support the demands of equality from the pot camp

one is forced to be breathing cesium, plutonium, uranium(fresh and depleted) and a host of daughter products, short chained volatile organic componds while consuming genetically engineered pesticide producing grains grown in petroleum and e. coli tainted soils, drinking flammable water full of prozac and antibiotics, giardia, chromium, etc, etc... Mad Cow, Bird Flu... Damn, this cigarette tastes good! <on edit:>Shit, the toilet just exploded!
