A moment ago the Dutch PM Rutte made a statement. The Government will send a letter to Parliament saying the Netherlands will be involved at the UN resolution.

The Government will sent a same letter after Nato will be involved and which has a preferance of the Cabinet. Nato hasn't agreed yet to coordinate.

Mar 22, 4:58 PM EDT

PARIS (AP) -- France says it has agreed with the United States that NATO should have a role in coalition's military operations in Libya.

6. Why am I shocked to hear that the French want the lead?
Not that I have a problem with the French leading, but sometimes they act like they're still run by Napolean and they own half of Europe.
