Source: WTKR

Last month Tobey was charged with disorderly conduct after stripping down to his running shorts as part of a protest at a TSA checkpoint at Richmond International Airport.

4. I always planned to do that if ever accused of shoplifting.
They aren't leading me off into some room in front of everybody. We'll settle it right there. I'll stat takin' it off and throwing my clothes at whoever is accusing me.

I don't think I would have been so bold. I'm not nearly buff enough.
