Philippine Leader Confronts Jailbreak
One of the most important prisoners in the Philippines and two cellmates quietly yanked the latch on their steel cell door, pulled it open and, with the padlock still intact, walked out of a maximum security jail on the grounds of national police headquarters in early morning darkness, police investigators say.

The July 14 jailbreak by Fathur Rahman Ghozi, an Indonesian explosives expert involved in some of the most audacious plots of the Jemaah Islamiah regional terror network, was a humiliating setback for the government of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

It not only returned to the field one of the region's most experienced operatives, analysts and others said, but raised questions about corruption and incompetence among police in the Philippines. Arroyo has ordered a top-level investigation into the escape, since the cell door showed no signs of being forced.

Any person who's visited the Philippines for more than a week can really have a laugh and a cry with a story like this, If you have friends in the police and/or the military it's even better to know what's going on in countries like the Philippines.

You see some shit-head suits of Me The Press... who just spin information for their purposes.

Philippines: You can have anyone murdered if you've got some cash. You can bust out of any jail if you've got some cash. You can have sex with a child, 300 feet from Arroyo's office if you've got some cash. You can import/export any type of drug, guns or animal part if you've got the cash...

Ramos is up to his eye balls in feces and he sits on the Carlye Group board with Bush. That means the U.S. is just as corrupt as the Philippines since this relationship is not investigated.
