BMW's profits boosted by strong Chinese sales
Source: BBC

BMW's third quarter profits have risen 11-fold as it continues to benefit from a big increase in sales in China.

BMW said its Chinese sales almost doubled compared with a year earlier. Its sales across mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan were 91% higher.

1. All those BMW's sitting in traffic
Moving at 2 - 5 miles per hour.

Just left China, I can't see why anyone would buy an expensive car to drive in that country. I have never seen anything like it in my life.

I had a driver the whole trip, pick up at hotel and drop off, sightseeing and anything else, I don't know how anyones nerves could stand that. A 3 lane rode in most places holds 3 cars/trucks side by side, not in China, 5 or 6 should fit without problem and intersections are a nightmare.

I was reading about walking, the guideline said to remember when you walk you are the lost item on the food chain. Trucks, Buses, cars, motorcycles, bicycles and the people.
