DOVER, Del. – In her first campaign ad since winning the GOP primary, Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell assures voters: "I'm not a witch."

O'Donnell's been dealing with questions about witchcraft since a 1999 confession on a late-night talk show surfaced that she had dabbled in it as a teenager.

The ad begins running statewide on Tuesday. It opens with O'Donnell looking into the camera and immediately telling voters that she's not a witch.

She goes on to say that nobody's perfect and suggests that she's just like everybody else or, in her words: "I'm you."

People in Delaware as elsewhere are scared. Oh they were mad at Obama but when they get into that booth they'll know that that's the poll that counts. Dems must keep the dignity and solemnity of this election clear henceforth and voters will know that witch or no witch another weirdo as senator will not help them much. But if you perpetuate that comic's degrading of this election by releasing the witch stuff, you'll only feed the view that, with all their problems, Dems can't say more than, "don't vote a witch into the Senate!" That only urges voters to act out of fear and anger and they might just vote her in as a message of disappointment.

Obama, in a way, brought it on himself because he didn't want to fully elaborate in Jan 2009 on what he inherited: A CANDLE BURNING AT BOTH ENDS-- at one end Republican losing war surges based no strategy and at the other Wall Street thievery that the Republicans invited by removing all restraints.

Seize the occaision and without hype tell your neighbors who did what to whom.
