The public can't tell what Dean did as governor because he got his gubernatorial papers sealed for 10 years. Unlike the Senator, who's adult life has been open to inspection, we don't really know Dean's record. We'll have to take his word on it.

Then again, a sane person is willing to change his mind when he learns new information. That's called being reasonable. What's it called when you already know everything? Oh yeah. Nuts!
