Poll: Romanoff Catches Bennet

Colorado Democratic Senate candidate Andrew Romanoff has vaulted into a statistical dead heat with appointed Sen. Michael Bennet with just over a week until the primary, according to a new SurveyUSA poll.

Riding a late wave of momentum fueled by an aggressive ad campaign, the former state House Speaker has taken a three-point lead over Bennet, 48 percent to 45 percent, within the survey’s margin of error.

My hubby and I haven't mailed in our votes for Romanoff yet, but will tomorrow.

BTW, I watched the Bennet "press conference" today. I just wanted to say, "Dude, if you think THIS is hardball politics, you got problems. You're whining about a negative campaign, and you want to face REPUBLICANS!?" I'm worried about him winning this primary. GO ANDREW!

Romanoff in the video on the home page of his website ( http://www.andrewromanoff.com/ ) decried "Democrats who sell us out."

That is OUTRAGEOUS! Repudiate Romanoff and tell him to stop criticizing Democrats who sell us out!

Democrats have every RIGHT to sell us out! What a silly extremist speech! That is so contrary to the sacred middle of the road!

We NEED to be sold out!

Romanoff also said in his speech, "The message to our own party is this: Stiffen your spine or step out of the way!"

Wait a minute! That is such a loser's strategy! That is "F*CKING RETARD"! Just ask Rahm! Since when should we Democrats have a spine? We need spines of jello! This is OBVIOUSLY a losing strategy. Just ask the DLCers in the White House.
