American Police Force won't give up info sought by Montana AG
Source: Associated Press

A spokeswoman for a California company being investigated for its attempted take over of an empty Montana jail says the company will not provide financial documents and other information sought by the state's attorney general.

Monday was the deadline to provide the documents following revelations that Michael Hilton - the lead figure of American Police Force - has a lengthy criminal background.

Company spokeswoman Becky Shay says Hilton sent a one-page fax to the attorney general's office Monday saying he was no longer pursuing the project.

2. Yes, but think of the money that could be saved if we just
hire the criminals to run the jails themselves!!!

Yeah, and no more expensive Psychiatrists needed either to run the asylums, let the patients run it themselves, save lots of taxpayer money.

Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. Unbelievable.
No, wait. I take that back. I just remembered bushco and RNC chairman Mike Duncan and how they responded to subpoenas.

5. Why should anyone obey the law anyway when it is so selectivly applied?
I remember a lot of republicans refusing to obey summons etc..so why should any other criminal obey either?
We also have a lot of officials refusing to uphold the law..such as prosecuting treason and war criminals.
The law is dead in America now unless we do something about it.

6. I wish that defence applied to speeding tickets.
You see your honor, I don't have to pay because I don't drive any more.
