Two Explosions Reported In Baghdad

Two explosions were heard Wednesday morning in Baghdad, a day after simultaneous suicide bombings on Shiite Muslim shrines in the capital and the holy city of Karbala killed at least 143 people.

There was no information on where the explosions were, and U.S. military officials said they had no information about them.

It's amazing that there are large explosions in Baghdad nearly every day which are largely ignored by the media. Usually, just a passing AP story and then nothing.

10. I get the feeling that this is going to deteroriate very quickly

We've been hitting a hornets nest with a stick and now they're getting mad as hell. Daily bombings, this won't go unanswered, esculation to civil war with our c and d team in there right now. I pray that this won't turn into a regional confrontation, but, I'm not going to hold my breath.
