Exit Polls: Economy, Jobs Top Issues

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Democratic voters on Super Tuesday were anxious about the economy, critical of foreign trade and very focused on beating President Bush in November, according to exit polls.

Trade was a potent issue in Ohio, but it didn't help John Edwards there although trade was the centerpiece of his campaign. Almost three-fourths of voters said foreign trade cost Ohio jobs, but that group voted for Kerry, who won despite Edwards' strong effort.

In the competitive race in Georgia, two-thirds of voters said they thought foreign trade was more likely to take jobs in their state. That group split between Edwards and Kerry.

4. Typical Americans...they could give a rat's a** that we invaded

two defenseless countries on false pretenses and murdered tens of thousands of their innocent citizens. If this is how a "Christian country" behaves it's not saying much for the notion. Americans are reallt terrible racists...if they are poor defenseless and brown-skinned, we could not possibly care less.
