U.S. returns migrants to chaotic Haitian capital

Despite the chaos in Haiti, the U.S. Coast Guard said it returned 14 Haitian migrants to their homeland on Sunday.

The Haitians were spotted in a boat off the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay in eastern Cuba, and taken into custody when they landed. The Coast Guard picked them up and returned them to Port-au-Prince, the agency said in a statement.
