Aristide loyalists retake city

FORCES loyal to Haitian President Jean Bertrand Aristide today forcefully retook the southern city
of Cayes, the third largest in Haiti, which had fallen to the rebels yesterday, police said.

There were no immediate reports of casualties in the city of 125,000, located 200km from the Haitian
capital Port-au-Prince.
