Associated Press"A boat filled with migrants from Haiti and the Bahamas capsized off the coast of Florida on Wednesday, dumping as many as 28 people in the ocean.
Twenty-one people were pulled from the water off Fort Lauderdale, seven of them unresponsive, the Coast Guard said. Those seven were being taken to the hospital.
The boat flipped about 2 a.m. but the Coast Guard didn't learn about it until another boater called more than 10 hours later. He said he'd pulled three people from the water and about 25 others were awaiting rescue.
Delray Medical Center reported it was treating two women pulled from the water — one in stable and one in critical condition. The hospital said it was expecting another helicopter but did not know how many patients might be aboard."

13 people pulled from ocean off Boynton Beach; 9 dead<

"At least nine people -- all of whom are believed to be migrants -- are reported dead as the U.S. Coast Guard continues its efforts on Wednesday afternoon to rescue more than a dozen people adrift in the ocean off Boynton Beach in Palm Beach County.
The Palm Beach Post and a West Palm Beach television station reported the rising death toll, citing Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue officials. Earlier in the afternoon, only three people were reported dead.
U.S. Coast Guard officials said they plucked 13 people from the ocean, but that as many as 15 others are still at sea.
"It's still a search and rescue mission at this time,'' said Coast Guard Petty Officer Nick Ameen.
Authorities first learned of the people at sea on Wednesday afternoon when a good Samaritan called to say he had pulled three people from the water about 15 miles east of Boynton Beach.
The people may have been in the water since 2 a.m., the Coast Guard said, relaying information given from those pulled on board the boat captained by the good Samaritan."
