US told to boost non-lethal arms

Lasers to guide bombs can themselves be used as weapons, experts say
Mass looting and sabotage in post-war Iraq could have been reduced and lives saved if US troops had been equipped with non-lethal weapons.

This is the conclusion of a new report by a high-level panel set up by New York's Council On Foreign Relations.

The report urges a sevenfold increase in spending on non-lethal weaponry and its wider use.

It also calls for better equipment and training for the US troops to deal with post-conflict and peacekeeping duties.

Right now the Dominionists are introducing legislation to replace 'The People' as the authority in our democracy’s Constitution with ‘God’ in a bill called ‘The Constitution Restoration Act of 2004,’ exactly the opposite of what it really is. The legalities of the Christian Theocracy are being used to destroy our laws as if by the Taliban in Afghanistan.

This is not a test! It is absolutely real and happening right now while the media are busy covering gay marriage and Mel Gibson’s bloody crucifixion porn film, ‘The Passion of the Christ.’

Although the claim by its sponsors appears to be that the intention is to prevent the courts from hearing cases involving the Ten Commandments or a Nativity Scene in a public setting from being reviewed, the law is drawn broadly and expressly includes the acknowledgment of God as the sovereign source of law by an official in his capacity of executing his office.”

2. Yep! They're for us.

When you hear about "non lethal" weapons don't be fooled into thinking that it has anything to do with "peace keeping" in military actions in other countries. After all, we still use cluster bombs, depleted uranium, and land mines.

Non-lethal is to put down Americans who 'get out of line'.

check the specs for these munitions...you'll find that they generally call for ranges far exceeding any pratical usage, ESPECIALLY in urban environment.

ask some of the mutilated of Belfast about non-lethal weapons....

ok, granted, LESS likely to kill you than a bullet through the brain pan, but NOT non-lethal.
