Maui puts Kucinich on the map
http://www.mauinews.com/news/story/0225202004_new01maui0225.asp

WAILUKU - A healthy turnout of the disillusioned and the enthusiastic led to "a huge sweep" for Congressman Dennis Kucinich in the Maui County Democratic Party caucuses Tuesday evening.

On Maui, the final tally showed Kucinich had 384 votes, followed by Kerry - who won statewide with 50 percent of the votes - with 228; Sen. John Edwards with 76; and Gov. Howard Dean, 29.

4. Dennis the hometown boy
As a native Clevelander, Dennis is the man. He really has
redeemed himself since his days as "Boy Mayor"

Congratulations to "Willie13705" and me! We have a
little Democrat in the oven!

7. Mahalo!
And the only fly in the ointment is that CNN and NPR don't think it's worth mentioning.

8. Really. Is there an IQ ceiling imposed on journalists today?
Sometimes these so-called journalists are worse than useless.

The trite nonsense they spew forth daily is ##@@!!**&&^^%%%%, etc.

Even many who call themselves "liberal" have ignored and disrespected Kucinich from the beginning of this whole election cycle.

9. THIS is why
I moved to Hawaii from California (where the Beastman is ruining the state) - to the outer reaches of the Empire - just in case we have to leave the country it's not far to Tahaiti where I can apply for Political Asylum

god knows I've made enough noise to get it -- might have to learn <shudder> F R E N C H !!

Any DU'rs want to move here, let me know -- we may be running the DemocraticUnderground Railroad some day :)
