Alastair Campbell, Captain Spin, is the bloke with the arrow pointing at him at the bottom of the page.

Campbell is the one who's demanding apologies from the BBC, who say he "sexed up" the Iraq dossier..........just as if he was in Color Me Badd (or whatever they were called).
