Sport Business InternationalThe International Cricket Council Board has removed Pakistan as a co-host for the 2011 World Cup following the terrorist attacks in Lahore in early March.
An ICC Board meeting in Dubai agreed that the tournament will be staged entirely in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

The Board heard from Chris Broad, the former England batsman and ICC match referee, and Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene, both of whom were involved in the attack on the Sri Lanka national cricket team.
