Justice Dept. weighs probe of (Ben Nighthorse) Campbell office
http://www.denverpost.com/Stories/0,1413,36~53~1976196,00.html

Justice Department officials in Washington and Colorado are discussing whether to look into a kickback allegation in the office of U.S. Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell, law enforcement sources said Monday.

One question is who would conduct the preliminary inquiry. U.S. Attorney John Suthers has requested that the Public Integrity Section at Justice headquarters in Washington conduct the inquiry because Campbell played a key role in Suthers' confirmation to be the top federal prosecutor in Colorado, and he wants to avoid any question of impropriety.

But lawyers in the Public Integrity Section feel it can be done in Colorado, perhaps by Suthers recusing himself from any decisions.

Justice Department officials declined to comment on the status of the case.

Campbell said Friday that he will ask the Senate Ethics Committee to look into an allegation that Ginnie Kontnik, until recently his chief of staff, requested and received a kickback from a staffer who has since left Campbell's Denver office.

4. figures!
Nighthorse Campbell was really pissed off when he found out that * had mislead the American people on the issue of the war. He joined up with many of the others when he heard about the lies!

The red man doesn't like the white man's lies. Never did, never will.

Now the BFEE must do everything possible to silence him, like say he is corrupt!

I hope that Glen Nighthorse Campbell stays around for a very long time!

Don't let the BFEE run him away! This is exactly what they want!
