US says some Iraqis not cooperating with arms hunt

As the US search for banned weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in Iraq continues, some Iraqis are refusing to cooperate, the United States said on Tuesday.

"Additional work remains before the question of Iraq's stockpiles can be fully and completely addressed," Negroponte said in an open meeting of the 15-nation Security Council.

"It is clear that Saddam Hussein's regime was intent on and continued to deceive the international community."
