Bush is rambling through a speech (repeat) on CSPAN....horrible. He is doing a terrible job. Worth a few laughs.

3. I listen for 10-20 minutes a few days a week

the guy is unraveling at a rapid pace. He is incapable of staying on subject longer that 2-3 sentences. It's kinda sad - but not really
