As of Thursday, Feb. 19, 543 U.S. service members have died since the beginning of military operations in Iraq (news - web sites), according to the Department of Defense (news - web sites). Of those, 376 died as a result of hostile action and 167 died of non-hostile causes, the department said. snip

Since May 1, when President Bush (news - web sites) declared that major combat operations in Iraq had ended, 405 U.S. soldiers have died — 261 as a result of hostile action and 144 of non-hostile causes, according to the military.

Do you remember last July when it was unbearable to wake up every day to see that another soldier had been killed in Iraq? It just seems as if the same day keeps playing over and over again. And what makes it so painful is the knowledge that this is all happening because of a cabal of lies.

Families afflicted by this ignorant stupid man, never will ever be the same. Mothers will be left in charge of trying to support the two, three or four children following the orders of an insane, cowardly prick of a man as he cuts benefits that might help. These wives will forever be struggling to raise these children without their father--that is NOT easy and is really a enormous struggle. I know of more than one that were faced with that in the Vietnam war--
