Court hearing for Muslim chaplain postponed for fifth time

FORT BENNING, Ga. -- The preliminary hearing for a Muslim Army chaplain charged with adultery and possession of pornography has been delayed for the fifth time.

James Yee, based at Fort Lewis, Wash., was due to appear before a military judge in Fort Benning on Wednesday. Base officials announced the postponement Tuesday and rescheduled it for March 10.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Dec. 2 but has been delayed while the Army reviews classified documents in the case.

Yee had spent 76 days in a prison cell while authorities tried to build a capital espionage case against him.

5. The charges are fairly damming

"Adultery" and being a "Peek freak" is very telling. My God! worse than a pedophile of the lowest order. And to think of having a low life around our young fighting soldiers is frightening, enough to make one shudder. Horrible I tell ya, absolutely horrible!!
