Fatal Blast in Baghdad Schoolyard

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - A bomb exploded Monday in a schoolyard in a Shiite Muslim neighborhood in Baghdad, killing at least one child and wounding three other people, U.S. military and Iraqi police official said.

Iraqi police responded to the blast in the city's Kadhamiya section, found a second unexploded bomb, and called a U.S. military bomb disposal team from the Army's 1st Cavalry Division, a U.S. official said on condition of anonymity.

The real point is that there are no good guys in this. However, this is a situation of our own making. Due to incompetence, hubris and sheer ham-handedness we're reaping what we've sown.

in the schoolyard had we not invaded Iraq. I don't condone blowing up children by ANYONE - including the US. Some of that blood in that schoolyard is on our hands.

like US/UK/ISrael special ops. Let's see who takes responsibility and who denies responsibility.
