2. Definitely about time!
But it's more important to go after JJ's "costume malfunction" or whatever they called it.

Sheesh...I can't believe it's taken so long. When does Kenny get indicted?

4. And what about Ken Lay?
Will he get a slap on the wrist because he'll claim he didn't know what was going on?

5. As their pardon options sink further in the polls...
Anybody think there might be a sudden decision to rush on indictments/trials/convictions to assure there is still a shrub in the WH to pardon?

Perhaps they are starting to notice the chant of "No more years"

6. I hope the party has some good photos of AWOL & Lay
cuddling for the camera. Maybe they have
some good shots of AWOL when he was campaigning
in the Enron jet....juicy!

We do want to enlarge them for display during
the campaign...escpecially when the repugs start
to attack Kerry for special interest connections.

9. Don't hold your breath....
From the Chronicle: "There is no indication that charges against Lay have been developed, though it is clear prosecutors are continuing their investigation of the fallen energy giant's top executive. Lay has said through lawyers that he did nothing wrong."

A recent mention in the Chronicle society column indicates Kenny Boy is again moving in the "best circles" of Houston society; he was seen dining at La Griglia with a former mayor & his wife.

Friendship is a valuable thing.
