Poll: Public's trust in Bush dips to the low point in his presidency
A new poll suggests President Bush's credibility has taken a hit, and support for the war in Iraq has dipped below 50 percent for the first time.

The ABC News-Washington Post poll shows 52 percent of those questioned feel Bush is trustworthy, the lowest figure of his presidency.

Support for the war stands at 48 percent, with a statistically equal share, 50 percent, saying it was not worth fighting.

5. Personally I can't figure out how
even 10 percent of the people could possibly consider him trustworthy. What rock do they live under?

7. it's folks like Jean Sullivan who forever will say "yes" to GWB

http://www.heraldtribune.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20040212/APN/4...

Sullivan said she knew Bush drank during the '72 campaign, but usually just one or two beers at a time and not on a nightly basis. "He told me years later that was the only year he ever drank," she said.

... so has this woman been near a newsstand or TV in the last 30 years?

10. Possibly gun nuts who don't care about any other issue than their guns.
If they think chimpy is their friend they are sadly mistaken.

6. If they admit / say that it's 52 %...
Edited on Thu Feb-12-04 11:02 PM by Ysabel
it's really probably more like 30 %...

as for the other numbers 48 % probably really = 25 %

...etc...

9. Despite four years of the Media kissing his ass, too!
Geez, how low would the boy have sunk if he hadn't had the unwavering, lockstep support of ABCCBSNBCCNNFox?
