1. That would save a lot of lives, including yours and mine

It would, however, not be supportive of business interests.

3. That is the number one thing my husband screams about!
He always says "Why are we the only ones allowed to have weapons! That is so stupid that we go around to other countries and demand that they give up their weapons and we add to ours".

He is going to LOVE this!

4. That'll be the day!
Bush will respect and follow the advice of the U.N. only when it is politically expedient. If Bush wouldn't listen when the U.N. rejected his proposed resolution to invade Iraq, how can we expect Bush to give up the most valuable WMD of all?

5. I would rather live in a world of "mutually assured destruction" than
just "trusting" that everyone else would get rid of theirs... "Sure, we got rid of all of ours.":eyes:

9. Nukes are a make work program for smart people
The establishment is afraid if they let some of these people that are good at making things loose to do as they please it could cause problems. Like say, they might invent something that is useful and we all could use.

18. These WMD are my WMD, These WMD are your WMD
We bought and paid - with a credit card mind you - for these Weapons and they are ours. Who does the UN think they are, telling us what to do with 'em?

So what if the technology leaks out? This world obviously needs more nukes.

PS....sarcasm
