Federal judge bars voter purge
Source: The Denver Post

A federal judge today angrily ordered Colorado Secretary of State Mike Coffman to stop purging names on the state's voter registration rolls.

The judge's order came in a telephone hearing this afternoon that was the latest clash between Coffman and a trio of advocacy groups who had sued Coffman over the purging of the voter rolls so close to the election.

Wednesday night, the two sides reached a settlement designed to ensure voters whose registrations were canceled within the 90 days before the election wouldn't be disenfranchised on Election Day.

But state officials acknowledged today that 146 more names had been purged since the settlement was reached.

Coffman is running for Congress in my district. I just wish people would understand what a crook he is and vote for Democrat Hank Eng.

2. Voters whose registrations were canceled within 90 days
but before Wednesday will STILL have to cast provisional ballots, rather than regular ones.

Good that the judge bonked him on the head for canceled before Wednesday - but anyone canceled in the last 80+ days should also be fully reinstated.

5. Two disgusting common themes
a) You never hear of electronic voting machines switching the vote to the democrats.
b) You never hear of democrats trying to purge votes

I hope that the party gets thrown out of office on a grandiose scale and following that I hope that alot of these crooks go to jail.
