1. As to charges for murder...
I wonder if Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Perle, Wolfowitz, et al, could be tried in one trial, or could we have a separate trial for each victim?

You know what would be an excellent plea agreement?

That the above-named sociopaths would have to spend 40 hours each week providing nursing care for all the Iraq wounded. For the rest of their lives.

3. ?
> The figure includes eight military civilians killed in action.

What's a "military civilian"? (Other than an oxymoron)

A "civilian" is defined as "a person who isn't a member of the military
armed forces" so WTF is a "military person who isn't a member of the military
armed forces"?

Civilian contractors (cooks, cleaners, mercenaries) are still civilians.
Military out of uniform are still military, not civilian.

So ...?

6. ...and now we're shooting ourselves in Afghanistan
On NBC last night, "friendly fire" kills one, injures two other American soldiers.
This AM, the news is that we "accidentally" killed nine Afghan soldiers (they're on our side, supposedly).

Yikes.
