BAGHDAD (AFP) - The US army distributed a new poster offering a total of 16.5 million dollars for the capture of the five most wanted men, suspected of leading the insurgency in Iraq (news - web sites) and of terror attacks.

The picture of Saddam Hussein (news - web sites)'s right hand man, Izzat Ibrahim al-Duri, came first on the list, with a 10-million-dollar bounty.

Next came Abu Musab al Zarqawi, a Jordanian said to be leading an Al-Qaeda affiliated terror group operating in Iraq, who has a five million-dollar price on his head.

A member of Saddam's outlawed Baath party command, Mohammed Yunes al-Ahmad, is worth one million dollars to whoever turns him in.

1. How come? We are paying army to do these things.
Why are we always handing out money like this? Does Congress have any say? What pot does the money come from. DOD? Bush's pot?

2. And Where Is The Reward Coming From?
Is Unca Dick or Poppy Bush cutting into their "slush" fund to prop up Dimbo or is that coming out of the Army's budget for food, night-vision goggles or body armor that their parents or spouses can provide?

7. Why not just release mercenaries in Iraq.......
What's with the million dollar bounties? Use the poverty of Iraqis to tip off the military? Wasn't the misinformation from the Iraqi National Congress one of the reasons the US went to war? And now we want to pay millions for more misinformation? Why not do it here? Million dollar bounties for Anthrax and Ricin tips and reality shows offering million dollar bounties to hunt down fugitives. Hey, if you want to throw away money keep it in house.

8. What Would A Bagdad Bomber Do With A Million Dollars?
Study the American Business Plan, "outsource" the work and claim a huge tax break on everything going out and coming in?
