Zimbabwe inflation soars; power-sharing talks deadlocked

HARARE (AFP) — Zimbabwe's inflation rate soared to 231 million percent, but the country's economic and political crisis showed no sign of ending as the opposition Thursday declared a deadlock in power-sharing talks.

"We are confident about the potential of the deal. There is nothing wrong with the deal," he told reporters.

1. This reminds me of a scene from Restaurant at the End of the Universe
Where the people decided to use leaves as currency, and in the end a simple item ended up costing an entire deciduous forest. However this isn't the least bit funny as innocent people are suffering economically because of the dipshit practices of that repulsive monster Mugabe.

Unity Government = 99% of Zimbabwe will still get shot in the dick.

2. I don't understand this! Wasn't Mugabe voted out of office months ago?
If so, why is he still hanging around?
