Michelle Obama not offended by 'that one' comment
Source: CNN

The wife of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama told CNN's Larry King Wednesday that she is not offended by a much-publicized comment made towards her husband in Tuesday night's debate. ...

... "I think there are two conversations that have been going on throughout this whole election. There's the conversation that's been happening with the pundits … and then there's the conversation that's been happening on the ground," she said.

She said that Americans "right now are scared" and "nervous about the economy."

"They don't care about the back and forth between the candidates … They want real answers about how we're going to fix this economy and get the health care benefits on track so, you know, this is part of politics," she added. ..

10. I keep thinking that. We're going to get a prez and first lady that really are Classy this time.
I love looking at pics of those two together. This is the first time I'm really happy about having a candidates face on my shirt even.

21. Classy is indefinable, but you know it when you see it.
There are people who live in tar-paper shacks who are temperate, gracious and civilized. And then there are people who live in White Houses who are trashy, bone-headed and provincial. I can't wait until Pickles and the Chimp go back to Redneckville and leave the rest of us alone...

4. Michelle Obama not offended by 'that one' comment
To hear her you would think she is more down to earth then either candidate. She is much more in touch with the people. A shame she cant run for the office.

12. Why can't she run?
She was born in the U.S. and she's the same age as Scary Palin. Wouldn't it be neat if after Obama finished his presidency in 2016, she ran for Senator of Illinois, assuming she wasn't stepping on Democratic toes?

And she's a lot better than any of us because I was disgusted with McCain's complete lack of respect for Barack Obama.

7. They are letting McSame hang himself. They are letting him and his words "sit out there"
she doesn't have to have an opinion about "that one", the American people have made up their minds and most feel that this was a very degrading, demeaning statement.

The Obamas have proven that they possess tremendous restraint and diligence in their ability to stay on message. They realize their mission and have their eyes squarely on the prize.
